Sablefish comes from cold Alaskan waters. These fish are favored for their textue, taste and clean white meat. After filleting our sable is cured in a unique salt and garlic brine then brushed with paprika. We then give it a light smoke for the finishing touch. Slice thinly to serve for an uncommonly elegant plate.

Each piece is at least 1.5lbs and arrives unsliced.
