Great Product! I love Smoked Sable and it is my number 2 smoked fish as Smoked Chubs are not available. This smoked sable plate is the top of the line. Plump, juicy, nice brine, and a perfect amount of smoke. I actually buy fresh Black Cod from my kosher fish monger, when available, and I cure and cold smoke myself. Springfield Sable is +AAA. Enjoy!!
